About Mario

Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Mario A. Cisneros, who is a product of the local public education school system, returned to his hometown after graduating from law school in 2008. Upon passing the bar examination, he spent three years at the Cameron County District Attorney’s office, trying several cases to verdict. During his time at the district attorney’s office, Mario was assigned to the 103rd Judicial District Court and later matriculated to the head of the White-Collar Crime Division.

After his time at the district attorney’s office, Mario went to work for the insurance industry and spent 3 years under the tutelage of one of best defense attorneys in South Texas. During this time, he began to foster an appreciation and desire to help those less fortunate and who had been wrongly affected by tragic events and circumstances.

Mario found his calling at the Law Giant Injury Lawyers in 2014. Since he has joined the firm, not only has he helped recover millions of dollars for those who have been affected by the negligence of others, but he has tried several cases to verdict. In 2019, he was the winner of one of Texas’ Top 50 Personal Injury Verdicts in 2019.

Using his upbringing, education, training, and experience, Mario strives to bring justice to those who have been wrongly hurt and injured due to negligence.

Outside the Office:

When he is not in the office, Mario dedicates his free time to spending time with his wife, children, and
parents. Family bar-b-ques and outings are a weekly affair. In addition, Mario enjoys landscaping and
catching the occasional UT Football game. Hook’em!
